The Romy mini skirt is a high rise, mini length skirt with an elastic waist band.
2nd Quality pieces are those which we used in photoshoots, are early samples of collection pieces, or pieces with slight irregularities. The elastic waistband on this skirt offers less stretch than on our other products.
