Beautiful white cotton Victorian vintage petticoat, full, with many small horizontal pleats on the layers below the knee,  and lace insets within the ruffles.  Its gathered at the back for the bustle effect, and has hook and eye closing. This is  petticoat, but could be  worn as a summer skirt OVER a another petticoat. Though the waist is small it can easily be adjusted for a larger size due to all the gathers in back.

 CONDITION: Excellent for its age, though there is one small 1 1/2" almost break/stain on the back near waistband, as shown and in the lace only a couple of small breaks. Could easily be repaired.
